Past and Present Classroom Teaching and Tutoring Experience

 
Two adult ESOL students -                I taught these tutees English grammar and conversation.

 

 
Preschool -                                            I am currently teaching a 3 year old boy and a 3 year girl the first stages of reading and writing.

 

Year 1-                                                  I teach reading, writing and conversation to a 5 year old boy.

 

Year 2 -                                                 I am preparing a 7 year old boy for his Key Stage 1 exams.

 

Year 6 -                                                 I prepared a boy for his Key Stage 2 exams.
 

Year 7 -                                                 2 mixed ability classes - I taught the poem 'Boewulf' and the play, 'Smith'.  
 

Year 8 -                                                  2 top set classes - where I taught advertising, Shakespeare and poetry modules.



 12 year old student -            I prepared this tutee for her 12+ grammar school exam and tudent was offered a place at her desired school.
 


Year 9 -                                                  1 lower set and 1 top set class - I prepared students for the Reading and Writing SATs papers.

 

Year 10 -                                               1 middle set group –  prepared the class for their ‘Romeo Juliet' GCSE coursework.

 

Year 11 -                                               I prepared two students for their English Literature and Language GCSE exams.
